► The Paisley Union
The Paisley Union is a custom built building, which was completed in 2003. The building has three levels dedicated to student activities in the form of bars, plasma screens, game machines, pool, stages, a café and loads more. Your wellbeing is also catered for with welfare advice and student representation.

Level 4 of the building is the location of the cross campus student sabbatical officers and general offices including welfare and finance.
Level 3 Boasts the biggest bar in Paisley and the biggest screen for showing football and other major sporting events. Regular events such as our quiz night, poker and pool comps, karaoke, open mic sessions and our ever popular Friday theme nights sponsored by Flirt (web link video) take place here. To quench your thirst there is a wide range of refreshments with competitive pricing assured.
This entire level is WiFi enabled. Here you will also find Java Cyber Café (link) where all your dietary and nutritional needs can be met at affordable and realistic student prices.
Level 2 Has live music every alternative Thursday which goes under the banner 'F**K Thursdays' where up and coming bands from far and wide as well as local student bands vie for your attention in our intimate venue. Such luminaries as Glas Vagas, XCERTS and Twin Atlantic have cut their teeth at this very venue.
This level is also utilised by Clubs & Societies as a meeting and activity space.
Level 1 This is where our larger events take place. We have had a wide range of entertainment from Wheatus, The Ministry of Sound, The View, The Hoosiers, The Red Hot Chilli Pippers, The Foundations, and Ceilidh’s too. The space is also used for freshers fayres, exhibitions, conferences, the annual sports ball and other student orientated functions.
The Students' Union is a welcoming friendly environment for students to relax and socialise in Paisley. The Union runs a free night bus between the campuses halls of residences and Students’ Union every night the Union is open.
