A huge welcome to the
Students’ Association of the University of the West of Scotland
or the Students’ Association for short.
All UWS Students automatically become a member of the Students’ Association. We are here to support you during your time here. We exist to change student’s lives by:
- Campaigning with and for you.
- Working to improve learning and teaching.
- Offering advice and support.
- Organising events and activities.
- Enabling societies across all campuses.
Societies are a great way for you to make friends and meet new people. They can also allow you to develop some of the skills that you have learned in your studies, and have a selection of societies and clubs you can get involved in.
Volunteering is a great way to help you make the most of your time at university, have some fun and develop your experience and skills!
