Sometimes students can forget to look after themselves!
Mental Health & Wellbeing
SAUWS is committed to supporting the mental health & wellbeing of students & staff. We're aiming to increase the awareness of the services available to supporting students & staff; properly inform students & staff about the symptoms & misconceptions of ill mental health; as well as promoting ways we can all improve our mental health through making small changes in our everyday lives.
If you have questions, concerns or want to find out more information about mental health students are free to use the university's free & confidential Counselling service as well as SAUWS' own Advice Centre. Both are available to support students' emotional wellbeing & development throughout their time at university.
