About this organisation

TLC welfare provides staff and volunteers to run the welfare service at music festivals and events across the country. Based in Glasgow, we work with many music festivals throughout the UK including TRNSMT, Leeds & Reading Festivals, REWIND Festivals, BST & All points East in London,  Camp Bestival in Dorset and Royal Highland Show in Edinburgh to name a few.

We provide support to customers who find themselves in difficulties. This could be anything from basic information, signposting to other services, emotional support, health & wellbeing, alcohol, substance or sexual health advice. Specialised support for dealing with lost & found children, vulnerable young people and lost property management is also provided.

From the basics or helping someone to charge their phone or cancel lost bankcards to helping someone get home in an emergency, our caring team of welfare staff are there to help. Could you be part our team and want to help

More information is available at www.tlcwelfare.co.uk To volunteer click on the volunteering page and register with us by completing the online form (takes 5mins)
